Perks & Rewards

Q: What do I get with every visit?
A: A glow-up, of course! Plus, ongoing preferred member pricing on all facials and products. Yes, please!

Q: What happens at every 4th facial?
A: Surprise! You’ll get a complimentary upgrade to our Power Plus facial. It's like levelling up your skincare game 

Q: What happens on my 6th facial?
A: You’ll receive an exclusive one-time gift – a surprise product we don’t even sell. It’s only for our members 

Q: Can I save my rewards and use them later?
A: Nope – rewards are set to show up at every 4th facial (like facial #4, 8, 12, etc.). They don’t roll over, so don’t miss out!

Upgrades

Q: Can I use my complimentary upgrade on any facial?
A: This one’s a Power move – literally! The upgrade only applies to a base Power facial upgrading you to a Power Plus, not to other facial types. So its your choice if you want to use it ..or lose it!

Q: Will someone tell me when I have a reward coming?
A: We’ll do our best! Ideally, we’ll let you know at booking or via your reminder text. If not, enjoy a happy surprise during your visit

Q: I heard about member-only appreciation events. When are they?
A: You heard right! Twice a year, we celebrate you. These events are members-only and full of surprises, good vibes, and skincare fun. Featuring special promotions only available to members! 


All About the Anniversary Facial

Q: What’s the deal with the 13th facial?
A: You get to bring a friend along for the ride! After your 12th facial, you can invite a buddy to experience a complimentary 45-minute Power facial, plus they can enjoy 10% off products that day. Skincare is more fun with friends 

Q: Do I need to be there at the same time as my guest?
A: Yep! Your friend’s free facial is meant to be shared together – think of it as a glow-up date

Q: Can I use the free facial myself if I don’t bring a guest?
A: This one’s a gift you give! It’s just for your friend. The real reward is getting to share your favourite experience

Q: Can my guest sign up for a membership after their free facial?
A: Absolutely! Their first paid facial as a member will kick off their own skoah journey

The Details

  • Membership perks began in September 2021 at all Canadian??locations. Facial count starts from then – so let’s get counting!

  • Sign-up bonus: Your first visit as a new member includes 15% off products – just for that day. (Renewals don’t get this one!)

  • Member rewards and gifts are non-transferable and tied to your facial number – not calendar months.

  • Keep coming in regularly to make the most of these goodies!
