Any monthly membership can be cancelled by contacting your local facial shop. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time after the first 3 payments from activation date. If cancelled within the first 3 month payment period, you will have to pay the remaining monthly payments. After cancellation, your balance can be used at any time towards any facials, but without your preferred member pricing and other member perks. 

Yearly memberships cannot be cancelled.
