Your balance is updated at the time of your payment (either monthly or yearly), and becomes skoah facial dollars for you to use on facials at your preferred member pricing. 

Your balance will not expire on a Monthly membership, and instead accumulates if it is not used. Every Monthly membership payment is equal to one power facial at member price, but you can accumulate your balance to upgrade to a peel or facialiscious facial. 

Your balance will expire one year from activation on a Yearly membership. But have no fear! If you renew before your expiry, your balance will roll over.
